Anya and her beloved Yurko come to visit the girl’s parents in the Ukrainian Carpathian village in the summer. At the Ivan Kupala celebration, a local heartthrob named Ivanka, nicknamed Morena, puts her eye on and charms him. Strange and mystical events begin to happen to lovers after meeting with Morena.
