Debbie and her toys, Dog and Muffett, are sent to a magical world called Tattertown, where all the things that are thrown away are given life. Doll Muffett, who has had enough of being Debbie's plaything, escapes to the seedy land of war toys and broken TVs, concocting plans to destroy her owner and Tattertown. Debbie and Dog, along with her teddy bear pal Harvey, celebrate Christmas for the first time in Tattertown, but Muffett doesn't want anything nice to do with her former playmate.
