Ni Surti strikes a dark pact with the legendary Nyi Roro Kidul, receiving the mystical power of susuk to maintain her beauty and youth in exchange for the sacrifice of handsome men. To fulfill this bloody requirement, she targets Rita, a vulnerable woman recently separated from her cheating husband.
