Jackie Banny Arklöv is a Swedish/Liberian convicted criminal. He was a neo-Nazi, Balkan Wars mercenary and war criminal, who, with two other neo-Nazis, murdered two police officers at Malexander, Sweden, after a bank robbery in Kisa, 1999.
