Laura Dahlmeier

Laura Dahlmeier was a German biathlete who was active as a mountain runner and mountaineer after the end of her career. She won seven gold, three silver and five bronze medals at the Biathlon World Championships, 20 World Cup races and the overall World Cup in the 2016/17 season. In July 2025, Dahlmeier died at the age of 31 in a mountain accident caused by falling rocks.
