Guillaume Monette is a multidisciplinary artist: filmmaker, musician, and worker in the image and sound industry. His artistic approach explores humankind, its complex relationships, and personal development. His practice is based on fifteen years of experience in video editing and a musical sensibility that nourishes deep and moving visual and sonic narratives. He is active in two musical projects: Parc Amitié, an experimental folk duo, and Van Carton, a solo project with a dream-rock aesthetic. His approach always seeks to create sincere works, anchored in reality, open to emotion and nuance.
