Hatice Aşkın

She was born in 1991 in Izmir. After graduating from Ege University Turkish Language and Literature Department, she graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Fine Arts Faculty Film Design Department. She took masterclasses from many important international directors and producers, especially Kim Ki-duk, Györgi Palfi, Rüdiger Suchsland. In 2020, she was the Founding President of the International Independent Cinema and Art Association. She has five short films that she has directed, written and produced to date.
