Andrew Charles Palmer CMG FIMechE is an English automotive executive and engineer. He is founder and CEO of Palmer Automotive Ltd, chairman of Optare Ltd, a non-executive director of Ashok Leyland Ltd and SBD Automotive Ltd, and non-executive vice chairman of InoBat, a Slovakian developer of electric vehicle 'intelligent' batteries. He was president and CEO of Aston Martin from 2014 to 2020.
