Jessica Garza

Jessica Garza Montes de Oca born (22 September 1984) is a Mexican actress, singer- songwriter and writer. She is best known for playing the lead role of Penelope in USA Network's The Purge and the recurring role, Anabel Ortiz, in History's Six TV series.
