Boris Proulx

Boris Proulx is a journalist specializing in federal politics and international affairs. He is based in the Canadian capital region, where he has worked for the parliamentary bureau of the Journal de Montréal in Ottawa and for Radio-Canada Ottawa-Gatineau. His first collaboration with Le Devoir dates back to 2016. His international work has led him to report in the United States, Europe and Africa.
