Carter Daniel Normanly (born February 18, 2003) is an American film director. He was born in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is known for directing Blood and Water II: Book of Z (2022). He has also acted in Blood and Water (2020). Carter is currently a student at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
