Utsav is from Delhi, India. After completing High school From Delhi he followed his passion for filmmaking and joined the State University of Performing and Visual Arts. He intends to write and direct more intense family drama & Romantics with an essence of peculiar twist in it and had made some short film earlier Parda(fiction) 2019 Stay(Fiction) 2019 Chhaya(Fiction) 2021 Enchantism of mystical canal(Cinema verite) 2021.
