Jerry E. Smith

Jerry E. Smith was an author of non-fiction books, researcher, and activist. In 1991, Smith and author Jim Keith founded the National UFO Museum (NUFOM) in Reno, Nevada. His books credits include: HAARP: The Ultimate Weapon of the Conspiracy (1998), and Weather Warfare: The Military's Plan to Draft Mother Nature (2006).
