José Leonidas Bustos Martínez

José Leonidas Bustos Martínez (Ibagué) is a Colombian lawyer, who served as a magistrate in the Supreme Court of Justice of Colombia, entity of which he was President in 2015. Bustos, along with other magistrates, was involved in acts of corruption during his tenure in the magistracy, in which he used his position to receive bribes and change judicial processes in favor of the accused, in a scandal that was called the Cartel de la toga.
