Brandy Rusher

Brandy Nicole Rusher (born October 20, 1984) is a former contestant on Cycle 4 of America's Next Top Model. She placed twelfth. After the show, Brandy took some test shots, but did not sign to an agency. In 2017, Brandy was one of four victims in a shooting at a Harris County apartment complex. Her brother Christopher and a close friend died, and she was in critical condition. She is currently the owner of a beauty salon called Braids with Phlava.
