Essi Miia Marianna Launimo (b. 22 April 1993) also known as Bess, is a Finnish singer. She rose to fame by releasing her debut singles, including the song "Tempo" peaking at number thirteen on the Finnish music charts. In 2022, she competed in Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu (Contest for New Music) with her hit song "Ram pam pam", finishing third. Eventually, she won Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, Pop Song of the Year, and Most Streamed Domestic Song of the Year at the 2023 Emma-gaala.
