Prabir Mohapatra

Prabir Mohapatra is a film producer and the Secretary of the Tagore Society for Rural Development (TSRD). He co-wrote and produced Aabha, an Odia-language film that was among the nominees considered for India's official entry to the Oscars. In addition to his work in cinema, he oversees initiatives at TSRD, which focuses on rural development in West Bengal and Jharkhand. His filmmaking explores stories rooted in social themes, while his role at TSRD encompasses education, healthcare, and sustainable livelihood programs. Through both fields, he remains dedicated to community-oriented projects.
