Carlos Íñigo

Carlos Íñigo (born 13 December 1960 - 17 September 2017) was a Mexican voice actor who provided voices for several characters in films and TV shows. He was best known for voicing Joey Wheeler in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Rocko in Rocko's Modern Life, and Daggett in The Angry Beavers. He provided the voices for several characters in the Mexican dub of the British children's series Thomas & Friends (1984-2021) such as the voice of Whiff in series 19 Scruff from series 14 to 16 and Skiff from the film Sodor's Legend of the Lost Treasure (2015) to series 20 of the show. He also voiced Dodge in the Mexican TV dub of Thomas and the Magic Railroad (2000). He also voiced Toad in the Latin American Spanish dub of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! (1989).
