India Sleem

India Sleem (b. 1995) is a filmmaker and photographer from Manchester, England, based in Los Angeles. With a gift for colour and composition, she captures both the intimate and collective moments of life. Her work frames honest observations that can be entered from many angles, inviting viewers to see not only the world around them but also something deeper within themselves. Authenticity is at the heart of her work. By forming genuine connections with her collaborators, Sleem creates space where honesty outweighs performance, opening the door to poetic and playful reflections on life - not as something to define, but as something to feel and explore. Her debut short film Crusts will premiere at the 69th BFI London Film Festival.
