Neil Arthur

Neil Arthur was born on 15 June 1958 in Darwen, Lancashire, England, UK. He is a composer and actor, mostly known as the principal songwriter and vocalist for Blancmang. Blancmange helped pioneer the electro sound of the 1980s with hits including ‘Living on the Ceiling’, ‘Blind Vision’ and ‘Waves’.
