BIOGRAPHY

Hubert Gallant is a retired Canadian professional wrestler who gained prominence in Stampede Wrestling and Grand Prix Wrestling during the 1970s and 1980s. He debuted in 1975 and was known for his appearances in several regional NWA promotions. Throughout his career, he won notable titles, including tag team championships and the British Commonwealth Mid-Heavyweight Championship in Stampede Wrestling. After back surgery in 1984 and an injury that affected his mobility, he retired in 1986. Following his retirement, he settled in Cap-Pele, New Brunswick, where he worked as a machine operator and continued training wrestlers. He is also a musician, playing with Francis Cormier and the Bluegrass Diamonds.
