James-paul Mountstevens

James-Paul is a Welsh-born, Melbourne-based performer and VCA graduate. During his training, he appeared twice as a featured artist in ‘Morning Melodies’ and ‘Working’ and performed in the ensemble of ‘Curtains’. In 2025, James-Paul portrayed Rapunzel’s Prince / First Puppeteer in ‘Into the Woods’ and Aldolpho in ‘The Drowsy Chaperone.’ He is also the proud recipient of the Nancye Hayes Scholarship for Music Theatre Excellence.
