In India, high priest Punja Tolo sends his pupil Dharma to China to promote Buddhism and to trace a manual of Buddhist classics with Kung Fu instruction. After a long and tedious journey, he arrives at Ta Li. The bodyguards of Chen Yuan Security Bureau have been mysteriously killed and the Chief suspects this to be linked with his possession of the manual of Buddhist classics.
