Spotting Li Lo-yuan rehearsing dancing at the lake, Chang Ting-chien is deeply impressed by her beautiful aplomb. By dint of hard rehearsal, Lo-yuan eventually wins the recognition of Ya, who orders her to lead the other dancers in a performance to highlight the wedding ceremony. To seek peace with Tu Chi, Liu Shih offers the hand of his daughter Ying-chi to Tu Shen. On the way to the wedding, Ying-chi meets Tu-shen, and greatly disgusted by his wanton behaviour, she returns home midway. Resentful, Tu Shen pursues the wedding procession and captures her back to Hsuan Lung Castle. Learning of this, Liu Shih decides to have a death duel with the clan. His warriors pledge allegiance to follow him, and Liu's close friend Chu Yin also rushes to lend him a hand. On the way to Tu Shen's wedding ceremony, Sha Fei-li catches sight of Ting-chien.… ...
