2. The Second Day in Heaven
The good news: Seamus's million-dollar lottery check arrives. The bad news: it's only $32.59 after deductions.
3. The Great Unknown
Flu-stricken and short-staffed, Seams vows to the paper out if it kills him—and it might; a mysterious, filry stranger captivates Jody; Gumbo faces up to the 10th anniversary of his beloved wife's death.
4. Less Moonlight
Laurel, the passion of Seamus's life, intends to reclaim him; JoJo wins a "slave" for a day: Chaucy; and Rikki peddles exotic marital aids to island housewives.
5. Pieces of a Man
Seamus tackles the obituary of an island legend he never met, but whose bequests changes the lives of many—including Seams, who's entrusted with the care of the old man's ashes.
6. The Greening
Two ne'er-do-well friends for Seamus's youth want to take him to Africa; a gentlemanly navel officer take Savannah by storm; Chaucy's drinking problem resurfaces.
7. Act of God
As Hurricane Andrew bears down of the Keys, tourists and townsfolk prepare to evacuate—except for a few loco locals who get ready to party.
8. Gimme Shelter
Seams, JoJo and Rikki scrounge for shelter while their digs are being fumigated; and Savannah is visited by a stern nun form her school days, who's come to ask a favor.

12. The System
Seamus's slice-of-life article about Gumbo's bar enables Chaucy to shut it down; Hector's dream of producing quality cigars goes up in smoke.
13. Heavy Metal, Heavy Hearts
A "moonstruck" dolphin follows Savannah and Seams home from lobster fishing; JoJo and Hunter strike gold in an underwater treasure hunt; Hector pressures Chaucy to issue a dredging permit.
