Gary and Jillian are having issues in Love Land. Meanwhile, James and Brenda are just loving each other dearly, leading to a jealous Jillian and striking a competition between Gary and James.

Jillian's mother, Etta Mae, comes to town for a visit as James and Brenda are dealing with their own unwanted visitor - their unemployed and homeless son, Byron.
3. Sticky Fingers
Jillian brings her work - a young boy named Trevor - home with her. Everyone adores him except for Gary, who thinks Trevor is not all that he seems.

Gary is convinced Jillian found a treasure map in the bottom of an old trunk she bought at a yard sale.

Gary's successful cousin Leon comes to town, but his motives go beyond just visiting.

When Jillian's college sorority sister, Donna, comes over, she proves how disloyal she is to Jillian by flirting with Gary.
