2. Kentucky Fried Check-In
While a windstorm diverts a swarm of planes towards Edmonton International, airport staff deal with a missing passenger with amnesia and the KLM crew do their best to help a family see a dying relative one last time.
3. Owl Be Seeing You

A passenger heading to Hawaii may be denied boarding, while another passenger refuses to pay a visa fee on principle. Meanwhile, two passengers flying north to see the Northern Lights may be in the dark.

Crews at the executive flight center prepare for the arrival of Prime Minister Trudeau and Iron Maiden.
8. Air Supply of Booze
A drunk passenger tries to work out a cheaper deal for a flight to Iqaluit while an expired passport may cause a Nigerian bride to miss her own wedding. Meanwhile, it’s training day for Canada North’s pilots and flight attendants.
9. Lightning Does Not Strike Twice
Lightning stikes an inbound KLM flight which may delay hundreds of Europe-bound travelers. Meanwhile inside the terminal, a passenger strikes her head causing paramedics to respond.
10. Playing With Fire
A training day has Fire and Rescue Services involved with a simulated plane crash and massive fuel fire. In the terminal, an overbooked flight leaves a passenger's travel plans up in the air.
