Steve Backshall heads south once more and into Yellowstone national park in the USA. This frozen wonderland is home to the continent's most iconic beasts.
6. North Carolina
Steve and his intrepid crew are in the backwoods of North Carolina, USA, in search of the infamous timber rattlesnake.

Steve Backshall's journey takes him to Texas, where he lowers himself into the depths of one of the most inhospitable environments on earth.
8. California
Steve and the crew make their way to California's Pacific coast for a fun-filled, adrenaline-fuelled ocean adventure.

Steve continues his deadly journey through the southern states of the USA and goes fishin' Texan style, reeling in a seven foot prehistoric monster.

Steve and his intrepid crew hit Hawaii, to encounter fighting humpback whales and the so-called sea devil as well as avoid being roasted on volcanic lava flows.

13. Cuba
Steve reaches Cuba, a colourful Caribbean island with a secret deadly side, where he must overcome his fears to get in the water with a lethal prehistoric predator.

Steve is in Trinidad, a Caribbean island packed with deadly critters, where the team track a rare and stunningly beautiful jungle cat, the ocelot.

Steve and the team travel to Guadalupe Island, 150 miles off the Mexican coast, where Steve swims alongside the planet's top predator - the great white shark.
16. Baja Mexico
Steve travels to Baja Mexico, a land of toxic terrors and ocean giants, where the team hop in the saddle and ride horses into the heart of the Mexican desert.
17. Guyana Giants
Steve's epic adventure from the top to the bottom of the planet has reached Guyana in South America, a land of jungle giants.
18. Jungle River
The Deadly crew embark on a river expedition deep into the unexplored jungles of Guyana, where Steve joins a team of scientists.

Steve Backshall and his team have travelled over 7,000 miles from the start of their pole-to-pole journey, to reach the Pantanal in Brazil.
20. Peru
Steve's journey has reached Peru in South America, a challenging environment dominated by the towering Andes mountain range.
21. Patagonia
Steve travels to Patagonia, one of only two places on the planet where it is possible to watch killer whales hunting sea lions off the beaches.
22. Falkland Islands
Steve travels to the remote and wild Falkland Islands where he meets an animal never before featured on Deadly - the pugnacious and tough rockhopper penguin.
23. Bird Island
Steve Backshall arrives on the remote and rugged shores of Bird Island, where he discovers a habitat packed with stunning wildlife.
24. South Georgia
Steve and the crew are nearing the end of their epic global adventure as they reach the icy shores of South Georgia, the last stop before Antarctica.
25. Antartica
Steve's journey finally comes to an end at the land of extremes - the least inhabited, remotest, highest, driest, coldest and windiest continent on the planet.
