Chris Lambton tackles a yard so unusable that the homeowners' two daughters play in the driveway rather than in the large yard behind the house. Chris designs a yard that blends with the natural surroundings, yet is family functional.
2. A Tuscan Outdoor Dining Room
Homeowners who recently visited Italy ask Chris to create a Tuscan-inspired backyard. Chris repurposes an old shed into an outdoor dining room, installs a new stone patio and creates an outdoor kitchen and a unique pond.
3. Eclectic Dream Yard
Chris and his team tackles a yard littered with old bathtubs and coffee urns as planters. They start with a huge clean-up before expanding a tiny deck, redesigning an outdoor shower and adding a stone patio with a fire pit.

A family wants an outdoor space as lovely as their recently-renovated Mediterranean-style home. Chris and his team build a huge deck off the French doors that opens to a grass-and-stone tiled yard, a cobalt blue fountain and an oversized gazebo.
12. Outdoor Deck and Bar
Chris Lambton and his team tackle a backyard overrun with poison ivy. A couple and their toddler can only use a small, old deck for entertaining. Chris Lambton designs a space that allows for large family barbecues and play dates.
13. Asian-Inspired Yard
When a couple can't agree on how to create a beautiful but low-maintenance backyard, Chris and his team take over. They build a steel pergola over a dining and yoga area, build a sunken fire pit and plant an easy yin-yang garden.
