Paramedics are called to a woman bitten on the arm by a home invader, a paraplegic in chronic pain, a fentanyl overdose patient, and an alcoholic who will die if he doesn't stop drinking.
2. Darkness All Night
Paramedics treat a man overdosing in front of his scared girlfriend, a young woman possibly having a miscarriage, and a criminal with multiple personalities. A Paramedic is attacked by a man on drugs.
3. Back From Other Side
Parmedics respond to an overdose patient not breathing, a man with extreme blood pressure, a victime of a home invader, and a man with end stage liver failure.
4. Dead Weight
Paramedics are called to a gruesome dog bite, a confrontational with shortness of breath, a man OD'ing in front of terrified family members, and a woman suffering COPD.
5. Restrain and Sedate
An overdose patient flees the scene. An intoxicated woman must be rescued from the riverbank. A cancer patient requires pain control, and a woman threatening suicide struggles with the paramedics.
6. All Hands On Deck
Paramedics treat a teen overdosing in front of frightened family members. A diabetic with extreme sugars. A couple bear sprayed and assaulted. And a woman cold and unconscious in an industrial lot.
