The premiere episode finds the Osbournes' challenging a blindfolded member of their audience to kiss a complete stranger, and an unsuspecting man in the audience is given an ultimatum to marry his girlfriend this evening. Meanwhile, Kelly and Ozzy go to work at a drive-in window at a fast food restaurant; and the first episode of "Littlest Osbournes" has a pint-sized potty mouthed version of Ozzy and Sharon reminiscing about their first date.
