1. Hurricane Sandy Strikes
Season six kicks off just as Hurricane Sandy begins to hit Carlo's; after the storm barrels through, Buddy and the crew reconvene to determine the damage sustained to the store; the crew tries to get orders out while working with no electricity.
2. Welcome Back Robin!
Buddy is given the honor of making a cake for returning "Good Morning America" anchor Robin Roberts after her extended medical leave; Mauro makes a cake for a spinning instructor who wants to honor a friend and mentor.
3. Cake Smash
Buddy and the crew make a wedding dress cake for a bridal shop, where they hold a special competition -- the first person to find a gold coin hidden in the cake wins a dress; but to find the coin, the brides-to-be have to dig in -- literally. And a photographer requests "smash cakes" for a small group of one-year olds. Later: Paul Conti, a former contestant of season 3 of Next Great Baker, asks Buddy for a job, after Hurricane Sandy left him without a job or a home.
4. Sugary Slopes
The crew works on a special cake for the Windham Mountain ski resort, which resembles a ski slope with a working chair lift; later, Buddy challenges the gang on a down-slope snowboard race, where the loser gets pelted with snowballs. Paul starts work at the bakery, to the discomfort of his Next Great Baker teammate, Ashley; but Buddy reminds both that the job should not be treated as a competition. And: Lisa and the kids make a cake for Buddy's birthday.
5. Rebuilds & Raw Fish
Buddy makes a sushi-boat cake for a Japanese restaurant; the crew work on a cake to raise money for hurricane relief in Hoboken, N.J.
6. Seeing Double
The opening of a new bakery in Ridgewood, N.J., is complicated by an approaching blizzard and the training of a new team. Also: a birthday cake for identical twins.
7. Snowed Out
A new bakery's grand opening is threatened by a possible blizzard. Meanwhile, Mary fields an order for an action-hero volcano cake, but needs Ralph's help to lead the design process.
8. From Russia With Cake
Russian restaurateurs request a cake that resembles St. Basil's Cathedral in Moscow. Meanwhile, Buddy's sisters try to stop the feud between archenemies Ashley and Paul.
9. Glow in the Dark Cake
Buddy is asked to make a glow-in-the-dark zombie cake for a fashion show. With limited supplies, a family's on the spot request for a specialty cake puts Buddy to the test.
10. Muscles and Marriage
Buddy builds a life-size cake for a female bodybuilder; Mauro goes undercover to help with a surprise proposal at the bakery.
11. Easter Basket Case
Buddy makes an Easter-basket cake for a local charity; Momma comes home for a visit and a checkup.
12. Fire and Ice
Ashley challenges Buddy to a head-to-head cake challenge; a survivor of a subway construction accident makes a request for Buddy to make a cake thanking those who saved his life.
13. Hair Raising
A client asks Buddy to make a cake that grows a mustache. Buddy Jr. needs a First Communion cake.
14. Buttercream Submarine
Buddy is asked to create a submarine cake for the U.S. Navy Submarine Ball; Mauro is asked to make a special Bat Mitzvah cake.
15. Camp Carlo's
To celebrate the 20th Anniversary of a summer camp for kids, Buddy is asked to make a cake that pops out from inside another cake.
16. Momma's Birthday Surprise
Buddy joins the Habitat for Humanity's Rebuild Atlantic City project. The family celebrates Momma's birthday. An announcement could change Momma's life.
17. Gator Bite
A 14-foot, 800-pound replica of Mighty Mike; a pageant cake; a long journey to Israel.
18. On the Road Again
Willie Nelson's 80th birthday cake; birthday cake for Sofia's birthday.
19. Aviva Cake Boss!
A Cinco de Mayo cake; a spa-inspired cake.
