Led by Colonel Caetano (Milton Gonçalves, from little Missy), who supervises and coordinates a group of driven and idealistic agents who strive to bring to justice those who stray from protecting and serving the population, the task-force infiltrates criminal organizations in its search for evidence to incriminate and bring down rough cops.
