Eight Brits arrive in paradise wanting a total mind and body reset. They are paired up with fitness pros who will push them through the toughest month of their lives.
2. Episode 2
The Trainees take on their first head-to-head challenge, with explosive results, and one Warrior has to leave the island.
3. Episode 3
Emotions run high as the bond between Warriors and their Trainees grows. And at the first Warrior Summit, one Trainee must leave the island for good.
4. Episode 4
The trainees have been on the island for ten days, and following the first elimination, the competition steps up a gear. With a Warrior up for grabs, the group are offered a dramatic opportunity to swap their Warrior – who will stick, and who will twist?
5. Episode 5
Romance is in the air as a new trainee turns up the heat. And in the most brutal challenge yet, some trainees are pushed to breaking point.
6. Episode 6
The Trainees have reached the halfway point of the process, and for those that remain, things are about to step up a gear. A new Warrior and Trainee pairing is revealed, and the winner of the power challenge sends shockwaves through the group.
7. Episode 7
With elimination looming, the power given to one trainee rocks the group, putting them all at risk of being sent home from the island.
8. Episode 8
With the final in sight, the temperature is starting to rise. Who will stay loyal to their Warrior? And after a shock collapse, is this the end of the road for one trainee?
9. Episode 9
The trainees are just one step from the final, but one trainee has been keeping a secret that will change everything.
10. Episode 10
It's the final. With just three trainees still standing, who can overcome the biggest challenge yet to be crowned winner?
