Max encourages Lucy to upcycle salvaged timber with power tools, as she finds her DIY feet. At the Tool Bus, Julia helps Alice to create an innovative storage solution for books, and Max inspires Gerry to turn worn cricket bats into nifty wine racks.

The team have almost finished the LGBTQ+ hub in Dumfries. Homeowner Denise renovates her dilapidated pergola. And a neglected wooden chair is repurposed in the Tool Bus.

The team race to complete the Dumfries bookshop transformation and make a splash renovating a duck pond and duck house, while a salvaged tree is turned into a postbox
