





Marion and Edwin need help with their "Stadiongaststätte" in Hülben. Located in the middle of the Swabian Alp, the restaurant simply doesn't work. The guests are staying away. As a result, Marion and Edwin are missing important income.



Today it takes Tim Raue to Vallendar. The "Genussküche" is on the verge of bankruptcy. Sisters Anke and Eva's store isn't running: debts are piling up and there's no idea what a way out of the misery might look like.



For more than two years, Arne has been running the restaurant "Brikz" in Berlin-Charlottenburg with a clear goal in mind: the Michelin star. But so far it hasn't worked out. Tim Raue shows him how it could work.
