Tom and Henry are in the ancient town of Rye, in Sussex, to prove that British food is amongst the world's best. Today they cook up some scallops tartare and salt marsh lamb.
2. Bakewell
Tom and Henry are in Derbyshire's Peak District to prove that British food is amongst the world's best. Today they cook up a beer-based local pizza and a Bakewell pudding.
3. Winchester
Tom and Henry are in the ancient city of Winchester. Today, the boys make an English pesto out of watercress and visit the farm that first grew blueberries in Britain.
4. Cartmel
Tom and Henry travel to Cartmel in the Lake District. The village is home to Sticky Toffee Pudding, which provides inspiration for the boys' own deliciously easy dessert.
5. Monmouth
Tom and Henry travel to the Welsh town of Monmouth. The town boasts its own dessert, the Monmouth Pudding, which provides inspiration for the boys' brown bread ice cream.
6. Wells
Tom and Henry visit the magnificent cathedral city of Wells in Somerset. The area is world-renowned for its cider and apples so they decide to cook Saintly cider apple fritters.
