Dolly Meacham, an upbeat senior, asks Greg to teach her windsurfing.
4. Crown Of Thorns
The children attempt to protect the coral reef from Crown of Thorns starfish. During the process, Greg's leg becomes trapped under a rock, and his air supply decreases, prompting Kristy to seek assistance.
5. Celluloid Hero
A bush-fire occurs on the island, and Mike Marshal, who previously worked as a Hollywood stuntman and is currently employed there, uses a technique he learned as a stuntman to rescue Jackie.

Jackie hears unlikely stories from a gypsy woman.

An unexploded naval mine has been found at Nursery Bay on Butterfly Island.
17. The Fixit Man
Jackie risks her life to hide the new fix-it man's errors.
18. Lost On The Reef
The children discover a coral cave. A visiting executive endangers both his own life and Kristie's. Kristy and hotel guests are swept out to sea during a reef tour.
19. Fathers And Sons
After observing the relationship between Greg and Charlie, a runaway makes the decision to alter the course of his life.
20. It's Never Too Late
Kristy persuades a runaway to go back home.
21. Bad News Boat
Greg answers a request for assistance and discovers Dennis suspended upside down from the mast of his boat. He learns that Dennis is an inexperienced sailor and has a tendency toward accidents.
22. Island Quarantine
The island is placed under quarantine when guests are suspected of having cholera.
