Dr Michael Mosley travels to Australia to enlist in a world-first, two-month sleep treatment program at the Flinders University Sleep Institute; during the rigorous diagnostic phase, each of the 30 trial participants endure a battery of tests.
2. Episode 2
Dr Michael Mosley and the 30 other patients enrolled in the trial are diagnosed with chronic, but common sleep disorders. They must now embrace their strict, personalised eight-week treatment regime.
3. Episode 3
In the final weeks of the pioneering Flinders sleep trial, Dr Michael Mosley's lifelong insomnia starts to shift; Michael's sleep campaign gathers in momentum in Canberra, when a handful politicians are rigged up with sleep tech.
