1. Lower East Side Story
Ruth Taube is a legend on New York City's historic Lower East Side. In this episode, she teaches Mo how to make a mean matzo ball soup and farfel, and also teaches him how to sew.
2. Meena, Mo and the Momos
Meena and Amar Giri were born in Nepal, but they currently reside in Lancaster, PA. This charming couple shows Mo how to make dumplings known as momos and a traditional goat curry.
3. Goulash Is a Soup Not a Stew
Mo visits with a very dramatic Hungarian grandmother, who lives near Philadelphia. During their time together, they prepare the classic entrées of her homeland, including goulash, chicken paprikash and a very refreshing soup, made with sour cherries
4. Bill and Mo's OK Episode
Grandpa Bill "BK" Nuzum of El Reno, OK, recreates what life and food were like on America's Plains in the 19th century. Bill and Mo cook up some chili, biscuits, cobbler and a whole lot more using large Dutch ovens.
5. Pretty Flye for a Grandma
Mo goes hunting in the woods of Quanah, Texas, with a 75-year-old grandmother, who he later joins in her recreational vehicle to help cook up their bounty.
6. Remember the A La Mode
Mo spends time with a 69-old-year grandfather in Fannin, Texas, who's a master at the art of barbecue, which he serves from his eatery, that was a former post office.
7. Hard Boiled
Hong Kong-born grandfather Kam Wah Chui teaches Mo Rocca how to make some Chinese delicacies.
8. Sister Sister
Mo visits a convent in Hopewell Junction, N.Y., where he's taught by a group of nuns on how to prepare a dinner with a Hawaiian theme. On the menu: grilled chicken with pineapple and a heavenly pineapple cake.
9. Walking on Ayr
A retired lunch lady from Mount Ayr, Iowa, accompanies Mo to an annual town festival and shares, with him, recipes for her famous hot beef sandwiches, chocolate cake and cinnamon rolls.
10. Jam on It!
A Pittsburgh native, who grows just about every kind of fruit in her backyard, picks and preserves some of her bounty for jelly and jam. Also: Mo accompanies her on a shopping excursion for baked goods.
11. If You Cook It, They Will Come
A 78-year-old native of Ida Grove, Iowa, shows her versatility in the kitchen with recipes for fried chicken, scalloped corn and juicy apple pie.
12. The LeBron Grandmothers' Fan Club
Mo spends time with a group of grannies in Akron, Ohio, who are fans of NBA superstar LeBron James. Together, they create a meal featuring jambalaya, beer-battered chitterlings, corn bread salad and lemon meringue pie.
13. Brotherly Love and Spicy Crabs
A football-loving grandpa from Clementon, New Jersey, whips up some spicy crabs to serve to the guys visiting his man cave. Also: he takes Mo shopping for dinner; and later, they prepare paella and banana Foster.
