"Municipal Party Secretary" tells the story of a group of people in the municipal party committee headed by Han Wangjie, who put people first, serve the people, and unite the people of the city to build a new socialist city with the consciousness of public servants, awareness of crisis, and awareness of diligence and thrift. Han Wangjie from Beijing arrived at Dongzhou during a critical period of reform and development. As soon as he took office, he met EU officials investigating the "EU anti-dumping case".
