3. NY State of Mind
The Core Four take a bite out of the Big Apple! Pursuing an opportunity on Broadway, Wayne feels the pressure of living authentically for the first time. Meanwhile, Wayne's daughter Maile makes new and old connections.
4. Dear Mama
For a blended family on Mother's Day, there is more than one reason to celebrate! Filled with gratitude, Wayne realizes some relationships are worth fighting for. Meanwhile, Maile realizes she must put her music video dreams on hold.
5. Keep Ya Head Up
Wayne must come to terms with the loss of his Grandma Val to move forward. With Mandie's help, Wayne visits his hometown of Orlando to find closure. After saying goodbye, Wayne decides to take the next step in owning his truth.
6. Feeling Myself
Lights, camera, action! The Core Four help Maile shoot her music video, but Wayne has difficulty taking a back seat. Meanwhile, Maile struggles to overcome her nerves … and Wayne's too!
7. Ready or Not
Wayne, his family and his friends do a tribute show for his late grandma's birthday and help him create a TikTok video to come out publicly. They're no stranger to the pressure of creating, but the stakes have never been higher. There's no turning back now.
8. Run This Town
Wayne has finally come out to the world and is free to be 100 percent himself — but at what cost? Wayne worries about the backlash as he lives his new reality and attends his first public event since coming out as pansexual.
