1. Voices from the Past
Based on his 1960 Novel Maigret et les Vieillards. Maigret is thrown into a world where he must tread delicately when investigating the violent death of Count St Hilaire.
2. The Madman of Vervac
Based on his 1932 novel Le Fou de Bergerac. Maigret must fall on unconventional methods to catch a madman after being wounded and confined to a hotel bed.
3. The Countess
Based on his 1932 novel L'Affaire Saint-Fiacre. Maigret returns to the village where he was born and becomes convinced he witnessed the Countess of Fiacre's murder.
4. The Wedding Guest
While visiting a condemned man in prison, he comments to Maigret that he knows someone at a "guinguette a deux sous" (a "tuppenny bar") who is equally deserving of the death penalty.
5. High Politics
Maigret was called for help by the Minister of Public Works, Auguste Point. This is a political and annoying affair: a month earlier, a sanatorium in Haute-Savoie collapsed, and 128 children died in the disaster.
6. Love from Felicie
Why was Jules Lapie, known as Jambe-de-Bois, murdered in his home, who was spending a peaceful old age in his new home near Poissy? Maigret felt that Félicie, Lapie's maid, who had gone out to shop at the time of the assassination, knew something, but she remained silent; her behaviour irritated and intrigued the Commissioner, who hardly left her during her investigation.
7. The Dirty House
An arrogant old lady pays Maigret a visit and tells him about the death of her granddaughter.
8. The Crystal Ball
Maigret investigates the murder of a fortune teller after the prediction of their own death comes true.
9. The Crooked Castle
Maigret descends upon a small town north of Paris after a diamond dealer is found murdered in the garage of a house.
10. Death in Mind
When a rich old woman is murdered with no apparent motive, all fingers point to the delivery man. Maigret isn't so sure and sets out to find the real murderer
11. Seven Little Crosses
The young son of a murder suspect leads the police on a clever trail. Is he purposely hindering or helping the case?
12. The Trap
Maigret creates a trap to capture a serial killer who is targeting women in the streets of Montmartre.
13. The Amateurs
Maigret holds the suspicion that a recently released criminal is responsible for a number of daring holdups in Paris.
