After the Gestapo’s decision to separate the Jewish families, Daniel decides to resign as major of Villeneuve.

After a father and daughter escape, the Gestapo takes over supervision and the Jewish families remain separated.
6. The Liberation
Marie successfully helps Hélène escape from the school, but raises the alarm in the process.
7. The Visitor
Daniel and Sarah stumble upon a wounded man in a barn who escaped capture by the Germans.
8. He Is Caught Who Thinks to Catch
Marie brings Vincent to the barn to retrieve his radio equipment so that he can send an urgent message to London.
9. Stolen Kisses
Suzanne’s reappearance puts Marcel in a very bad spot with his group leader, who discovers he lied about executing her.
10. News From Anna
Marchetti is under pressure to hand Crémieux over to the Germans, but insists on carrying out his own investigation.
11. The Mousetrap
Marie’s farm is under surveillance after Crémieux made a deal with Marchetti to have his family released.
12. The Border
Marchetti relinquishes command of the stakeout before realizing that Rita arrived at the farm.
