1. Thirty Old Man
The team is back with another season of exciting happenings.
2. Basketball Blues
Yusof neglects Rosnah as he practises hard for a slamdunk victory over his old nemesis, the Kaki Bukit Boys. At the Tan household, Denise and Adam have their first lover's tiff while Ronnie becomes the target of feminine attention.
3. Buddy Boss
Ronnie meets the CEO of an advertising and marketing company and gets hired. Daisy hunts for a tenant for one of the rooms while Denise brings a stray puppy home.
4. Revenge Of The Brothers Wong
The moral of the story is...Well, Tan Ah Teck's fave line might find itself in print soon, as money-minded Ronnie is planning to publish a book out of the former's many stories. Meanwhile Paul and Denise run into problems of the heart.
5. Water Gets In Your Ears
Dolly's matchmaking instincts go into overdrive as she sets Paul up with her mahjong kaki's daughter. Teck takes a dip at the neighbourhood pool and gets water trapped in his ears.
6. The Magic Stone
Better titled Neighbourhood Watch. Dolly and Rosnah go undercover to nab a con men selling magic stones. Meanwhile, Paul thinks of a career change and possibly starting a business. Pharmaceutical perhaps?
7. The Great Golf Gladiators
Singapore's nuttiest family hops back on our screens for a fourth season - Teck suffers a mid-life crisis. Dolly and Rosnah go crime-busting. Paul returns to the fold, Ronnie goes job-hunting and Denise goes to university.
8. The Visiting Niece
Rosnah's niece breaks her engagement after listening to Rosnah and Yusof's pep talk. Ronnie gets Paul to help him sing a song to impress a girl and Teck keeps getting parking fines.
9. Just Friends
Is Paul a full-timer? Is that money-minded Ronnie, a university graduate, penniless? and is Ah Teck a romantic at heart?
10. Teck & The Harley
Teck wants to own a motorbike, thinking he can beat the traffic congestion, but first he must get the green light from Dolly. Meanwhile, Denise tries her best to shed her goody-two-shoes image. Rosnah and Yusof plan to have a perfect holiday in London until...
11. Madam Mahjong
Dolly takes part in an inter-constituency mahjong championship, while Denise and Adam face a dilemma as the latter is awarded a scholarship to Canada.
12. Who Am I?
Unable to recall a friend's name, or the fact that she owes her friend mahjong money, Dolly is worried that she is losing her memory. Paul has a hot date at a restaurant until he bumps into an old flame who works there. Meanwhile, Ronnie is hard-hit by the economic crisis as he has difficulty finding a job.

14. Like Father, Unlike Son
Two women make a minimart: Dolly and Rosnah are constantly bickering at each other when Dolly reveals the latter's age. Meanwhile, Paul sets up a stall inside Ah Teck's minimart selling vitamin pills. All's well till he messes up Ah Teck's fave past time, eating.
15. The Rookie
Ronnie becomes a photo journalist but finds himself attached to an obnoxious reporter. Denise is all set for her first moot session in NUS. Meanwhile, Dolly and Rosnah have a tiff over a set of microwave bowls.
16. Very Few Good Men
Michael returns from down under and turns things upside down at Daisy's house. Rosnah gives Yusof the cold shoulder until the latter remembers what he has done wrong. And on her first day at law school, Denise finds a handphone and trouble comes a calling.
17. Truly, Madly, Deeply
When a neighbour moves into the flat upstairs, Rosnah and Dolly are convinced he's a robber and kidnapper. Yusof takes up magic as a new hobby, but his hocus pocus is out of focus and it ties up more of his time than he expected. Ronnie gets his first paycheck but he spends it all instead of paying Teck the money he owes. Ronnie tries writing a freelance article for his magazine to help pay up the money.
18. Children Of A Lesser Minimart Owner
Pandemonium arises when Ah Teck decides to retire and let his children run the mini-mart.
19. Ping Pong Pal
Denise befriends a student from China who's a table tennis fanatic, but the latter's obsession with the game drives her up the wall. Meanwhile, Ah Teck receives a summons from the traffic police.
20. Long Before Your Time
The final act: Ah Teck the storyteller spins one of his greatest yarns - a tale that brings us back to ancient China, and acted by the Tans and their neighbours! Singapore's first English sitcom in epic Chinese opera style?
