A provisioning agent in Baltimore wants to propose to a co-worker, but must wait until she deals with a crisis at the gate. In Chicago, a passenger blows his top and resorts to rough language when he learns he can't get on a flight home. And in Los Angeles, two sisters, on their way to see their father for the first time in 35 years, begin celebrating a little early, and may not be allowed to board their plane.
2. The Big Squeeze
A family of six is told that only five seats are available on their flight; a blind man waits to meet his blind date; a customer loses her ticket.
3. Family Business
In Chicago, a staffer awaits a brother returning from fighting in Iraq.
4. Unfit for Travel
A woman traveling with her dog is reminded of the no-pet policy; and a passenger with live chickens is told they can't be brought on the plane.
5. That's Entertainment!
William Hung is spotted at LAX, where he gives an impromptu performance of "She Bangs"; costumes for a Madonna concert disappear. In Chicago, rock fans try to convince staffers that they're in a band.
6. High & Mighty
Strongman Phil Pfister needs a seat with leg room on his flight to the Battle of Muscle Beach contest; a staffer in Los Angeles deals with a crate of clams in the baggage area.
7. Down to the Wire
A family discovers that they left their tickets on a bus; police investigate an abandoned bag; a family arrives with 18 boxes and only have 20 minutes to board their flight.
8. Fly Babies
Pilot Tony May gives a group of fourth-graders a lesson on flying. Also: a child has separation anxiety when her parents send her to stay with her uncle while they head to India.
9. Rules Are Rules
A passenger gets angry when told to come off a flight to make room for two flight attendants; a passenger's lighter is confiscated; a man travels for his first day at a naval academy. Also: trouble involving a boy with cerebral palsy.
10. Battle of Wills
A widow travels to meet members of her deceased husband's Vietnam War platoon; two passengers have an altercation; a passenger is confused about his flight time.
11. Expect the Unexpected
A man takes his wife to Las Vegas for their 30th anniversary and has a surprise visitor for her onboard. Also: a drunk stand-up comic; and woman with decaying fish in her bags.
12. All Shapes and Sizes
A staff person must decide if turtles can be allowed on a plane; a plus-sized passenger is told she must purchase two tickets; a very tall teen requires an exit-row seat.
13. Lost in Translation
Yolanda tries to help a Saudi Arabian woman who can't speak English, while Denise encounters the same situation with a Czech man. Also: a delayed flight.
14. No Laughing Matter
A passenger is removed from a plane after an incident with a flight attendant; Carol confronts and irate grandmother; and Mike deals with a passenger with a bad attitude.
15. Emotional Baggage
A family is turned away because they are carrying too much liquor; a passenger confronts her fear of flying; and photographers are unhappy that they have to check their equipment.

A man gets drunk at a bar; a pilot performs at a stunt show.

Ed Siegenfeld travels with the Triple Crown trophy; a passenger is not allowed to travel with her oxygen tank.

A family arrives without their tickets, which they left on a bus; a staffer is hesitant to let a man in need of medical attention on board a plane; and two businessmen learn that their seats have been given away.
21. You Can't Win Them All
A 5-year-old is afraid to fly, and threatens her family's trip; a passenger travels to participate in a trapshooting contest; and a mother wants her plane free of peanut dust to accommodate her allergic son.
22. Fun & Games
A flight attendant known for his celebrity impersonations has fun with comedian Ron Pearson; and a passenger emits a foul odor.
23. Live and Let Fly
Capt. "Bubba" Edens takes his last flight. Also: a staffer deals with a passenger carrying cockroaches in his bag.

A father searches for his teenage daughter, whom he fears got off at the wrong airport; a disabled passenger's scooter breaks.

A man carries a rare tree, one grown in soil from every U.S. state; a passenger refuses to pay a $1 upgrade fee; a woman says goodbye to her boyfriend, a marine departing for Iraq.
