When Doc creates a giant dome to shield Griffin Rock from a hurricane, he inadvertently gives the Vigilant Computer a second chance to "protect" the island.
7. Bugs in the System
Doctor Morocco proves that even small pests can pose dangerous threats to Griffin Rock.

A space nebula causes the Rescue Bots and Burns family to switch personalities.

The Rescue Bots take on new responsibilities during a terrible snowstorm.

Kade accidentally ingests microscopic cleaning robots and the Rescue Bots must go on an inner space voyage to save him.

Colonel Quarry seeks additional robotic dinosaurs from Doc, so Heatwave, Chase, and Blades transform into DinoBots.
12. Chief Woodrow
While Charlie Burns is away at a Police Conference, Woodrow Burns returns to watch over the rest of the Burns Family. Woodrow then takes command of the Rescue Bots team without the entire Burns Family knowing about it where they have trouble with his cooking that involves things he made in the rainforest. After Woodrow's successful rescue strategy save Mayor Luskey's boat, Mayor Luskey makes Woodrow the acting police chief where he eventually helps the Rescue Bots when some beacons Mayor Luskey was using to improve the Dolphin Wonder Festival gets some dolphins stuck in Griffin Rock's wetlands.
13. Did You See What I Thaw?
The Bots discover a caveman preserved in ice and attempt to help him adjust to modern life.
14. The Attack of Humungado
Monsters from Kade's favorite movie materialize; it's up to the Dino Bots to corral the Kaiju.
15. All Bots Great and Small
On the first day of Spring, the Burns Family and the Rescue Bots stop a mudslide. Mayor Luskey establishes Bot Appreciation Day where anyone who attends will each get a miniature action figure made by Doc Greene's 3-D printer. When Myles and Evan reprogram the action figures to steal for them, the Rescue Bots must deal with the action figures while the Burns Family is stuck at sea due to the kelp and the poisonous jellyfish.
16. Time After Time
A renovated clock tower causes Cody to relive the same morning over and over.
17. Pirates Ahoy
The Rescue Team is suspended when evidence arises that the Burnses are pirate descendants.
18. Turning the Tide
An old friend of Optimus arrives to train the Bots in ocean rescues.
19. The Last of Morocco
Dr. Morocco's best friend, famous writer Jules Verne, travels through time to find him.
20. The New Recruits
The Rescue Bots find they have new recruits to train, but these newbies are hiding a dark secret.
21. Rescue Bots Academy
Cody and the Rescue Bots must teach Blurr and Salvage everything they need to know.
22. A New Hero
A solar flare knocks out power in Griffin Rock; Blurr deserts the Rescue Bots and steals the ship.

Cyber-Dog Servo puts the Rescue Bots' undercover status in jeopardy.
24. Endangered Species
The Bots go to extremes to protect endangered woodpeckers discovered by Boulder.
25. More than Meets the Eye
An injured Chase uncovers many mysteries while Doc's magician sister visits Griffin Rock.
26. I Have Heard the Robots Singing
Priscilla Pynch's theft of Doc's latest invention causes the entire populace of Griffin Rock to erupt into an endless musical.
27. Now and Then
The Island of Griffin Rock vanishes from the ocean.
28. Today and Forever
In order to save Griffin Rock, the Rescue Bots must make the ultimate sacrifice.
