Randy and Howard put investigative reporter Debbie Kang on the trail of the Ninja's secret identity.

Randy brings the Sorcerer's ball to Julian's magic-themed birthday party and accidentally unleashed its power.

Howard finds some other friends to hang with, causing a jealous Randy to plot a way to drive a wedge between Howard and his new bros.

When Randy brags about his Ninja skills, Howard sets out to prove that he is a true mastermind that could beat the Ninja.
26. The Brawn Also Rises
When Randy and Howard’s fake “Chuck-a-Cabra” video gives them instant celebrity, it draws the attention of monster hunter Brawn Brickwall who tries to horn in on their glory by noogie-ing the beast.
27. Debbie Meddle
Debbie discovers that Randy is the ninja and reveals it to the world.
28. Aplopalypse Now
Randy learns of a guardian of one the the Sorcerer's orbs and visits him, learning that it's Plop-Plop, the original Ninja's best friend.
29. Rorg: A Hero of a Past
Viceroy, while sick, steals ideas from Rorg: Hero of the Past cartoon marathon for robots to destroy the ninja with so he can go home to rest.
30. Mort-al Combat
Mort Weinerman becomes paranoid of the Ninja being out to get him and his family. Hoping to protect his family he attacks first.
31. Wonkin' for the Weekend
The principal starts Saturday classes to make up the class time lost due to Ninja incidents. Howard suddenly gets smarter and smarter, and eventually takes out his rage on the school.
32. Ninjafan
Randy breaks up his friendship with Howard, and starts hanging out with a female Ninja fan named Rachel.
33. When Howie Met Randy
8 years ago, Howard and Randy meet up and sneak out of daycare to see the Ninja in action.
34. Bro Money Bro Problems
Howard has been selling off the Ninja's weapons he leaves behind after a fight. Unfortunately, Viceroy buys them and builds a Ninjabot to destroy the Ninja.
35. The Three Mascot-teers
Randy and Howard become the new mascots for Norrisville High soccer, only to learn just Howard can be the mascot.
36. Escape from Scrap City
McFist and the Ninja get trapped and lost in Scrap City, a dump for all the faulty machines made by McFist.
37. The Space Cow-Bros
For Howard's birthday, Randy takes him out for a ride on a space shuttle.
38. The Fresh Principal of Norrisville High
Principal Slimovitz is fired thanks to Randy and a computerized principal is brought in for his replacement, leading to everyone in the school being brainwashed.
39. The Prophecy of Hat Sword
Randy and Howard have to read a huge poem to pass an English test and not be split up for the rest of high school.
40. Fake Fight for Your Right to Party
Randy and Howard pretend to defeat one of McFist's machines to get into a party and become popular.
41. McCluckerbusters
After finding a beak in thier food, Randy and Howard demand free food and a meeting with Mr. McFlubbuster, only to end up in a war between fast food joints.
42. Let Them Eat Cake Fries
The school puts a ban on cake fries, and Randy leads the students into a protest. Randy knows the Ninja shouldn't be involve, but finds the folk hero Le Beret attacking the school for the protest.
43. Club Ninja-dise
While enjoying Spring Break, Randy sends McFist flying off the reosrt island, which causes him to raid the island as pirates.
44. To Smell and Back
Howard rips a loud one next to the Ninja, leading to the Ninja being too distracted in fights and getting captured.
45. Big Trouble in Little Norrisville
Howard buys an idol of infinite wishes during a field trip to Little Norrisville, losing himself to the power it gives him.
46. Winner Takes Ball
The power ball leaks into the water supply, during everyone but Randy and Howard into zombies that evil Julian controls to find the power balls.
47. Ball's Well That Friends Well (1)
Randy discovers his family is moving, so he goes to defeat Evil Julian once and for all before they leave.
48. Ball's Well That Friends Well (2)
After falling into the Land of Shadows, Randy and Howard must find their way back to Norrisville to stop Evil Julian.
