The host visits a struggling high-rise resort in Fort Lauderdale and finds its sushi restaurant and beachfront bar are full of potential. But in order for the hotel to succeed, cleanliness issues must be addressed.

In Branson, MO, the Southern Oaks Hotel stands all but deserted due to bad marketing. Anthony must deal with slovenly housekeepers, a lobby filled with flyers, and a family business where the two men and two women can’t communicate.
9. Fiddler's Inn: Nashville, TN
A Nashville hotel has been on the rocks for three years despite the fact it's across the street from the Grand Ole Opry. The owner claims he's been hit by the recession, but the real problems are a gift shop that takes up the entire lobby, filthy rooms, and a lack of identity, and Anthony comes in to make some changes.
10. Newport Inn: Newport, RI
Anthony takes on a hotel whose clueless owner is more interested in buying up-to-date gym equipment then keeping his hotel in shape and his pool filled with water.
11. Dude Rancher Lodge: Billings, MT
In downtown Billings, MT, the Dude Rancher Lodge has a one-star rating, no business, and a decor that alternates between historical and present-day.
12. The Vermont Inn: Mendon, VT
The 16-room Vermont Inn, run by the owners’ brother-in-law, can’t fill their rooms or their restaurant. Anthony will have to make some tough decisions to save it.
13. Dream Inn: Daytona Beach, FL
In Daytona Beach, Anthony tries to bring the Dream Inn out of bankruptcy, but discovers that the general manager has nothing to do because his domineering mother makes all the decisions.
