The eight new cast members arrive on a yacht and are whisked away to their new home for the next semester. Instantly roommates are sized up, bonds are formed, and tension emerges.
2. In & Out of Love
After a night of cuddling together, Terri is ready to claim Brandon as her man. Unfortunately, Brandon isn't ready to commit and a crushed Terri is unsure of how to handle his change of heart.
3. Battle of the Finest
House rules, a cold shower, and yelling escalate into an all-out-brawl that leads to someone being booted from the house.
4. Swing Vote
Two wrongs, no rights! The cast has a hard time shaking off their disagreements over which cast member should've been booted from the house.
5. Get Out the Vote
It's voting fever and the cast is deep into it, especially when Flo Rida agrees to support their efforts.
6. Let's Talk About Sex
In a moment of harmony, the cast reveals personal details about themselves including their sex lives. But a heated tirade restarts the feuding and ends the momentary truce.
7. The New Girl
An announcement that they are heading to Key West has the cast in a happy uproar and a temporary truce develops.
8. The Wild Wild West
The cast heads to Key West for a much needed mini - vacation. But, will the trip bond them or will they come home even more splintered than before?
9. House Rules
When the cast has a meeting to decide how to divide the grocery money, Chris and Kyle's underlying tensions get so heated they have to be separated.
10. Rib-Gate Part 1
The divide between Team Brandon and The Alliance has never been greater, and in an effort to get back at Kyle, Kay decides to eat his ribs.
11. Rib-Gate Part 2
Ribgate 2008 starts a chain of events that will make the split so wide it may be impossible to bridge the gap. Will the cast ever be the same after this?
12. Anger Management 101
With all of the fighting in the house, it is time for something to be done. Will Anger Management classes help, or is it too late?
13. Love Triangle
An eating disorder, personal stories, and anger issues all work to bond the roommates. But how long will all the love and support last?
14. Packed Bags & Broken Hearts
The College Hill cast is once again falling apart at the seams, even as the ever-blossoming love stories continue to grow. Kyle's homesickness gets the best of him and he flips out- threatening to leave the show for good.
15. To Give or Not to Give
The cast gets another community service project. After meeting Faye, who is suffering from the economy, the cast is presented with a tough choice: do they take a cast trip, or do they give Faye the house she's dreamed of?
16. Making a Difference
A blowout between two cast mates leaves one on the outs even as they work together to make a difference in the community.
17. Moving On
After all of the fighting, kissing, and general chaos, the cast must finally say goodbye to their South Beach Home.
